Since then there has been a slow yet steady shift among the Black community when it comes to the acceptance and practice of yoga. Traditionally rooted in ancient Indian practices, yoga has evolved into a global phenomenon emphasizing inclusivity. Anyone can do yoga and it can be helpful for people of all nationalities, races, religions, or socioeconomic standing.
