The author of the Black Panther comic series, Christopher Priest, is coming to Tulsa for a live taping of “Words on Air.” His groundbreaking Black Panther series served as the platform for the 2018 major motion picture. Priest is the first African American writer and editor to work in the comic book industry. With nearly 40 years of writing, editing, and publishing experience, he will discuss his path to becoming a writer and the importance of education.
The event is free and open to the public but requires a ticket via Eventbrite.
